Hi guys,
Last day I got an electric shock from my lap. I was playing pubg on my laptop while it was charging. Suddenly the lap got stuck and I tried to force shutdown it. Since it didn't work I decided to remove the battery. But I got a shock When touched the battery.

And it's crazy and weird. Usually, this never happens. There is nothing wrong with the wiring and no chance for electrical issues since we already had done an electrical inspection a few months ago. And the next day, mom got a shock while working in the kitchen.

So we hired a licensed electrician from a company in Toronto. He came here and said the reason behind the sudden electric shock was because of the power surge and he installed a power surge protector.

So, I think It's ok to use gadgets while charging. But make sure you use a charger with proper power rating and make sure to install a surge protection device.
